Receptionist for Warsaw office

Responsibilities:

• answer incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate employees and tending to the flow of information to the company
• sort incoming mail and office correspondence
• greeting and accommodating all office visitors by preparing drinks, taking care of the conference rooms
• acting as support for business trips by booking airline/train tickets and hotels for employees
• assistance in day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• High School degree
• experience in a similar position
• good command of English
• good PC skills: MS Office (Word, Outlook)
• good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work independently
• good interpersonal and customer service skills
