Gabriel Dielacher Partner Gabriel Dielacher Gabriel Dielacher is VCP`s Corporate Finance specialist for Austria and Ex-Yugoslavia, and has been partner since the foundation of VCP. He has focused on the development of important regional client relationships as well as the roll out and monitoring of VCP´s media portfolio. As a former Managing Director of Creditanstalt Investment Bank CAIB, Mr Dielacher was based in Croatia and Ex-Yugoslavia. He started his career as a Corporate Finance analyst where he was involved in cross-border M&A transactions and privatisations with a focus on Austria, Croatia and Slovenia. Subsequently, he became Vice-President responsible for the set-up of CAIB´s Slovenian operations. Before joining CAIB Mr. Dielacher was an equity analyst at Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG, Vienna.
