Heinrich Pecina Heinrich Pecina is founder of VCP with decades of experience as a bank board member responsible for developing investment banking activities and entering new markets.
Mr. Pecina was responsible for developing Creditanstalt Investment Bank (CAIB). In the period from 1990 to 1997, as he was on the managing board, CAIB developed from a new investment bank into one of the leading and best-known investment banks in Central and Eastern Europe.
Holding the position of deputy chairman of the managing board he was responsible for corporate finance, project financing and fund-management. In addition he was in charge of the successful build-up and profitable development of activities in Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia.
Mr. Pecina studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, where he specialised in bank management, accounting and auditing.
