| BorsodChem expands capacity |
|
|
BC will launch the operation of its new MDI plant next weekend, announced CEO Laszlo F. Kovacs. The EUR 80 million facility with an annual output of 100,000 tons is based on a proprietary technology. This year, the MDI plant is expected to manufacture 80,000 tons of MDI. Kovacs convened an extraordinary general meeting for 25 November to discuss management plans for purchasing treasury shares.
