Sanitas acquired Polish company Homeofarm Sanitas, the biggest Lithuanian drug maker, acquired 100% of shares in Polish ointment producer Homeofarm for PLN 10.9 mio. The transaction was executed between Sanitas’ subsidiary Jelfa and company Hand-Prod.
